Along with the target, the Corporation will reach out to the goals of collecting arrears caused by electricity use violations; reaching agreements with customers to move meters outdoors; managing well metering instruments, ensuring that 100% of electricity meters installed on the grid are within the validity period of inspection.
To achieve these goals, EVNHCMC required its subsidiaries to focus on measures including: Improving the quality of management and operation of power grids, developing model of optimizing the system operation from the high-voltage grid to low voltage one.
Specifically, in January 2016, the subsidiaries shall complete the examination and handling of under-loaded and over-loaded transformers; over-loaded medium and low voltage lines; Accelerating the upgrade of 15 kV system to 22 kV system; continue to improve the quality in the management of power metering systems, as well as software applications and new technologies for the management of reduction in power losses.
The Corporation also required its subsidiaries to promote the prevention of power stealing, illegal power connection; strive to fulfill targets of collecting arrears of power use in the year 2016; improve the quality in the management of energy indicators and further promote emulation and propaganda activities.
