Majority of customers are satisfied with EVNHCMC's services

The satisfaction score of customers using electricity for EVN Ho Chi Minh City (EVNHCMC) in 2017 reached 8.26/ 10 points, higher than 2016 0.1 point.

The Workshop on Customer satisfaction assessment in 2017 and Implementation solution in 2018 of EVNHCMC were held in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the survey results conducted by an independent consulting unit, Quoc Viet Research and Consulting Co., Ltd., the level of customer satisfaction for EVNHCMC continuously increased in 2017. In which, 95% of customers "Very satisfactory" and “satisfactory" with positive comments about EVNHCMC.

Some criteria are highly evaluated such as electricity bill (8.47 points), customer services (8.35 points), business images (8.3 points), etc.

Criteria for other evaluations are also higher than 2016’s: customer information increasing from 8.08 to 8.17 points, with social consensus increasing from 8.07 to 8.16 points.

Mr. Vo Quang Lam - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Electricity said: EVNHCMC always remains the best electricity service provider in the whole Group. The Corporation has six Power Subsidiaries listed on the Top 10 power companies of the country.

In 2018, the Group's leaders request EVNHCMC to further enhance  information technology application, promoting the efficiency of online electricity service system for customers on 24/24h, anytime, anywhere.

EVNHCMC should continue to promote its role in disseminating power safe and saving usage, boosting the development of solar power in the city, especially the ESCO model (Energy Service Company) to mobilize social resources for generating electric power from clean energy sources, contributing to environmental protection.
