The power sales to serve the industry - construction sector in the North has grown by 15.25% over 11 recent months

According to the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC), in November 2017, the power sales of the Corporation are estimated at 4.9 billion kWh, an increase of 8.63% over the same period in 2016. In aggregation, the power sales of 11 months in 2017 are predicted to reach 52.5 billion kWh, rising by 12.36% over the same period in 2016 and achieving 91% of the 2017 plan; of which, the power sales to industry - construction sector grew by 15.25% over the same period.

In November 2017, EVNNPC has supplied electricity safely and reliably in service of production, business and residential requirements of people in the Northern provinces.

In November 2017, EVNNPC energized and put into operation many important projects such as: T2 transformer of Chau Son 110 kV substation (Ha Nam province), the second circuit of Than Uyen - Phong Tho 110 kV transmission line (Lai
Chau province), etc. and many medium and low voltage grid projects, contributing to improvement of the power grid capacity and the reliability of power supply.

14 customer service indicators are satisfactorily fulfilled. In particular, the Corporation has received applications and proceeded with supplying electricity to 148 medium voltage customers in an average time of 5.41 per 7 days, or 1.59 days shorter than the regulated one.

Also in November 2017, the Corporation sent 15 million notification messages to customers, or 0.99 million messages higher than the same period last year. In the first eleven months of 2017, it is estimated that 173.7 million messages were sent to electricity customers, or 36.57 million higher than the same period in 2016.
