To date, EVNNPC has completed the connection and remote operation of all 381 110kV substations through the SCADA system, and has promoted the application of grid management systems such as DMS, DAS, and digitized many key business processes. These solutions contribute to higher labor productivity, more efficient resource utilization, improved power supply reliability, and the advancement of digital enterprise development.

Along with digital transformation, EVNNPC also focuses on promoting initiatives, scientific research, and technical improvements in its production and business areas. During the 2021-2025 period, the Corporation recognized 378 initiatives at the Corporation level and 27 applied scientific research projects. In 2025 alone, EVNNPC had 90 recognized initiatives, the highest number in the last five years.

Many initiatives and technical solutions have been applied to operational management, contributing to improved power supply reliability, cost optimization, and enhanced customer service quality. This is one of the indicators showing that innovation activities at EVNNPC are being implemented in line with the Corporation’s practical needs, rather than being limited to campaign-based initiatives.
