110kV Dong Dang Substation (Lang Son province) Successfully Energized

The Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) has successfully energized and put into operation 110kV Dong Dang substation (Lang Son province) after four months of construction.

110kV Dong Dang substation will contribute to meet the demand for power in Lang Son province

 The substation project has an investment capital of over VND 66 billion. It is constructed in the area of Tan My commune, Van Lang district, Lang Son province. The substation is designed with the capacity of 2x40MVA (firstly, one 110/38.5/23kV 40MVA transformer has been installed) and a 110kV double circuit branch line of 0.125km long using 185/29 AC conductor.

Upon operation, the substation will contribute to strengthening the grid capacity and meeting the power demand for socio-economic development and the livelihood of the people in Lang Son province in the period 2017-2020. Especially the substation will enhance the stability, safety and reliability of power supply to customers of Cao Loc and Van Lang districts and Dong Dang border gate, at the same time contribute to the reduction of grid losses in the area.
