Reporting on the project implementation, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Quang - Director of EVNPMB 3 said that up to now the progress of items such as compensation and site clearance; design work; material supply, construction and installation, etc., have been basically keeping up with the schedule. Only technical engineering work is implemented behind the plan. EVNPMB 3 will continue to coordinate closely with the localities and related agencies to solve promptly the problems; speeding up the progress and finalizing project dossiers to be submitted to competent authorities at levels for approval of technical engineering documents; proactively preparing human resources, sources of material, equipment, agreements on different types of design, etc., in order to prepare conditions for mass construction.

Giving a speech at the work session, EVN's Chairman Duong Quang Thanh acknowledged the efforts made by Power Project Management Board No. 3, the consulting units and contractors.
The Chairman required related units to focus all of their resources on accelerating the project progress. In particular, by 30 April 2020, the 220kV power line section and the 220kV substation shall be energized in order to release the capacity of renewable energy sources. By 31 July 2020, Phuoc Thai 1 Solar Power Plant shall be put into operation completely.
The Chairman of EVN’s Member Board also required Power Project Management Board No. 3 to organize a proper supervision apparatus, ensuring the project quality. Besides, software and IT applications for management need to be updated for making prompt and regular reports to EVN's leaders.
At the working session, Mr. Duong Quang Thanh granted gifts to employees who are working directly at the construction site.
Phuoc Thai 1 Solar Power Plant Project:

- Total investment capital: More than VND1,112 billion.
- Capacity: 50MWp.
- Average annual power production: About 80.975 million kWh.
- Expected completion: July 2020.
