General Director of Marubeni Group thanked for the hospitable and thoughtful reception of EVN's leaders and expresses his delight at good and increasingly stronger cooperation between the two groups.
Marubeni and EVN have cooperated to implement some coal-fired power plants. In particular, Nghi Son 1 Thermal Power Plant has been operating in a stable manner and Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Project will be soom completed in the coming time.
Mr. Fumiya Kokubu expressed his desire to further cooperate with EVN in developing power source projects and importing coal for power production.
The Chairman of EVN’s Member Council highly appreciated the effective support and cooperation of Marubeni Group. At the same time, he confirmed that EVN is ready to cooperate with Marubeni, targeting to develop a strong and sustainable Power sector in Vietnam.
