Mr. Michael Kerroulé expressed his thanks for the warm welcome by EVN leaders and his pleasure with the increasingly steadfast relationship between the two groups.
At the meeting, the two sides spent a lot of time for discussing on advanced technologies in energy sector. Mr. Duong Quang Thanh emphasized that EVN would like to actively apply the achievements gained from Industrial Revolution 4.0 into management, power generation and business activities of the Group.
For the sector of power generation, EVN wishes to develop "smart power plants" with high automation, effective application of information technology in management and operation.

The Global GE Power’s Trade Director said that GE was always ready to work with EVN in newly developing modern power plants as well as looked forward to cooperating in maintenance and improvement of reliability of coal-fired thermal power plant’s units, which helps to more efficiently operate the plant with the cost optimization.
Mr. Michael Kerroulé also shared with EVN some new information about GE's personnel and organizational structure.
