EVN's General Director assessed that the cooperation between AFD and EVN in the past time has brought about high efficiency through Government unsecured loans for power source and grid projects, with favorable and competitive financial conditions compared with domestic and foreign commercial loans. This is an important and increasingly effective financial arrangement channel, especially in the context that the Government encourages businesses to self-arrange loans to reduce the public debt burden, and expand the ability to arrange and balance the investment capital of EVN in the 2020 – 2030 period.
