In the recent years, EVN has made dramatical changes in applying information technology to solve its daily works including directing, managing and handling the works, which contributes to promoting its production and business efficiency.

The Group also approved the Plan for developing electronic offices and the other for electronic enterprises.
Documents are about to be processed through the E-Office system with an improved version for mobile devices. Accordingly, this gain leads to reducing the time to transfer documents, contributing to save costs and break the limits over spaces and geographic locations on works, etc.
The Group also decreased its paper-based periodical reports by 93.4% (from 561 reports to 37 ones); increasing its electric-formed reports by 16.3% (from 1,099 reports to 1,278 ones) at the same time.
Particularly, regarding the business and customer services, EVN has reduced time for power supply procedures for its customers under Directive No. 08/CT-TTg dated 13th March 2018 by the Prime Minister; officially deployed 100% online electricity services throughout the country, etc.
In the working session, Mr. Duong Quang Thanh - EVN’s Chairman of MC highly appreciated the efforts of EVN and its units in the administrative reform.
The Chairman required continuing the reform process, standardizing the Group’s procedure and regulation system; completing the E-Office 3.0 system and the software to support works, further applying information technology in each activity of the Group in the coming time, etc.
EVN also sets up the target that in 2018, no transaction in working is about to handed out through a paper-based document between its specialized departments. This is one of the criteria for assessment in KPI ranking.
