EVNHANOI has been implementing nearly 40 projects to rehabilitate and upgrade the power grid in the early spring of the Year of the Cat

In the first days of the Lunar New Year - 2023, member units under Hanoi Power Corporation (EVNHANOI) have been constructing a total of nearly 40 projects to rehabilitate and upgrade the power grid in order to ensure electricity supply in a safe, uninterrupted and stable manner for the dry season in 2023 and create momentum to complete the production and business plan in 2023.

These projects aim at rehabilitating, upgrading low-voltage lines, periodically replacing power meters; strengthening overhaul and cleaning feeder lines, transformers, replacing plates of feeder numbers, pole numbers, safety signs of substations, power lines; periodically testing equipment, etc.

At the same time, EVNHANOI is determined to implement power projects assigned by EVN on schedule, accelerate investment and construction procedures for urgent power projects to prepare for the coming summer. The Corporation strives to put into operation key 110kV and 220kV power grid projects such as the construction of Dai Mo 220/110kV substation and 220kV branch; construction of a 220kV transmission line from West Hanoi 500/220kV substation to Thanh Xuan 220kV substation; rehabilitating and uprating load capacity of the 110kV transmission line from Xuan Mai to Son Tay substation, the 110kV transmission line from Van Dinh 110kV substation to Tia, etc. At the same time, scientific and technological advances have been applied to all operation aspects to modernize and automate the power grid.
