This is an activity to celebrate the success of the 3rd Party Congress of EVNHCMC and the 12th Party Congress of District 4, term 2020-2025; proceeding to celebrate the XI Party Congress of the City, term 2020-2025.

The rooftop solar power system installed at the Children's House in District 4 has a capacity of 3.2kWp, and a value of VND65 million. Once put into operation, the project will contribute to reducing the monthly electricity bill for the Children's House, helping the house to have more funds to carry out more care and education activities for children in the locality.
At the ceremony, the delegation of EVNHCMC and Tan Thuan Power Company presented 20 gifts with a total value of VND6 million for children who had overcome difficulties to learn well; 10 gifts with a total value of VND5 million for Youth Union members in trouble; assisted in renovation of an alleyway in Ward 12, District 4 with a total value of VND20 million.
With the motto "Using one’s expertise to serve the community", Youth Union members of EVNHCMC are mobilized to install a rooftop solar power system at Children's House in District 4 on weekends.
Mr. Huynh Tan Khuong - Secretary of the Youth Union of EVNHCMC, said that in the coming time, the Youth Union of EVNHCMC would continue to coordinate with the Youth Union of District 4 to propagandize and organize training sessions for students, people about safe, economical and efficient use of electricity; at the same time, organize activities for students to learn and visit a model of the solar power system operating in the Children's House, and thereby understand better the benefits of solar power.
