EVNNPC will simultaneously deploy free repair and installation activities for poor and policy families in 27 Northern provinces/cities, with a target of minimum 200 households/province.
In the Customer Gratitude Month, EVNNPC will implement a program to upgrade urban facet and power grid to meet 5S standards; free industrial hygiene in substation for large customers; ensure regulations on timely answering questions, complaints of customers, etc.
With the message of “Professionalism and efficiency”, EVNNPC's Customer Gratitude Month 2018 aims to form cohesion and spread in the community about the image of EVN/EVNNPC as a state-owned enterprise towards sustainable development, making contribution to improving the investment environment, promoting the socio-economic development, modern and professional development, taking customers as the focus of development.
