Over the past years, EVN and EDC have been exchanging energy through a number of connecting points in the border area. EVN has also supported EDC in implementing technical solutions to ensure stable operation of the power system in grid connection.
Mr. Keo Rottanak - General Director of EDC expressed his delight at the good and increasingly stronger cooperation between the two countries’ Power sectors and wished to continue the medium and long-term trade of power with EVN.

At the working session, the two side’s leaders also exchanged and discussed on a number of terms in power purchase agreements between EVN and EDC. At the same time, recommendations were made to further strengthen cooperation and consolidate technical solutions for stable operation of the power system when making any energy exchange in the coming time.
Mr. Dinh Quang Tri - confirmed that the Group was ready to strengthen bilateral relations with the target of promoting the sustainable development for the two countries’ Power sectors.
