The Northern Electricity Corporation has gained a growth rate of commercial electricity with 18.9% over the same period in 2017, composition of consumption (ratio 32.9%) increases up to 23.53%.
Recently, the northern region has experienced a severe hot sunny wave, so the demand for use of high-power equipment such as air conditioners, refrigerators, etc., increased sharply. As a result, power consumption records are also set.
In order to meet the customers' demand for electric power in the hot season, EVN has mobilized maximum and reasonable power sources, directed power units to strengthen the on-duty tasks, take many technical solutions to ensure safe and stable power distribution networks.
Along with the efforts to provide enough electricity, the quality of power supplied to customers is also attached with special importance by EVN.
In the first seven months of 2018, power companies have performed better SAIDI compared to the same period of 2017 from 20 to 55%. Averagely throughout the Group, the SAIDI is performed at 409 minutes.
