Ambassador Karl Van den Bossche assessed that EVN has made great contributions to Vietnam's socio-economic development in recent years.
According to the Ambassador, the Embassy of Belgium wishes to be a bridge to promote the cooperation relations between EVN and leading Belgian enterprises. Thereby, it will contribute to the establishment of an alliance to face common challenges in the fight against climate change, clean energy development, and carbon emission reduction.
The Ambassador also affirmed that Belgian businesses are willing to share experience and advanced technology in the field of clean energy development with EVN.

EVN's President and Ceo exchanged some useful information about policies, the situation of energy development in Vietnam, emission reduction trends., and so on.
On this occasion, EVN's President and Ceo also spent a lot of time talking with the leaders of John Cockerill Group about potential cooperation in a number of fields such as energy transformation, upgrading and renovating thermal power plants, energy storage technology, hydrogen technology, green hydrogen, and so on.
The parties agreed to continue to organize working sessions to further promote opportunities and cooperation between EVN and large Belgian enterprises in the fields of sustainable energy, carbon emission reduction, green economic development.
