The signing is to strengthen EVN management over its Representatives and enhance their responsibility before companies for the Group’s capital contribution.
The Contract particularly regulates the rights, obligations and responsibilities of EVN Member Council and the Representatives delegated to manage the capital contributed by EVN at enterprises; as well as their particular responsibilities and tasks in managing and developing it.
On August 3rd 2018, Mr. Duong Quang Thanh - EVN’s Chairman of MC entering into the Authorization contract with Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan - Chairman and General Director of Central Power Corporation
The Contract particularly concentrates on the responsibility to fulfill production and business tasks as well as targets for 5 years of 2016-2020 (in which, 2018-2020 is the key period) assigned by EVN to its unit; regulating the responsibility to compensate losses and make repayment in case of breach by the Representatives causing losses to EVN, etc.
