In the year 2016, EVNHANOI satisfactorily accomplished their tasks and plans that had been assigned, particularly, the power sales reached 15.45 billion kWh, or increased by 9.29% compared to the year 2015; the investment – construction works achieved 117% of the assigned plan by EVN, increasing by 152% against the year 2015; the ratio of bill payment via banking systems and intermediate agencies gained 45.6%, payments at counters accounted for 43.9% and the remaining 10.5% of the payments were made at home, etc.
In the year 2016, EVNHANOI also made 128 dispatching orders to secure electricity supply, called up nearly 58,000 shifts... to serve important political, cultural and diplomatic events occurring in Hanoi.

In acknowledgement of operation achievements by EVNHANOI in 2016, the Chairman of Board of Directors of EVN Mr. Duong Quang Thanh commented that: “The most remarkable success of EVNHANOI is that the company has achieved its highest recorded growth rate in investment and construction works: 17% higher than the targeted plan by EVN and approximately 1.4 times more than the year 2015. This achievement not only contributed to safe and stable power supply to the Capital in 2016 but also in the subsequent years”.
In addition, the management of EVN highly appreciated EVNHANOI’s efforts in accomplishing and surpassing targets in customer care and customer services, science technology application, work productivity improvement, etc.
However, the Chairman of EVN requested EVNHANOI to continue overcoming its drawbacks in the coming time such as: electricity supply reliability should be strengthened; failures in 110kV grid should be diminished; work productivity should be further improved, etc.
“The customer satisfaction assessment point of EVNHANOI currently ranks the 4th among five distribution power companies.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Chairman and President of EVNHANOI said that during 2017 EVNHANOI shall fulfill its targets assigned by EVN with 9 specific targets. Among which, EVNHANOI shall focus on groups of remedial actions in: operation, business and customer services, investment and construction, enterprise reform, productivity – efficiency improvement, etc. “In the year 2017, EVNHANOI shall actively apply science and technology advances vigorously and synchronously in all aspects” said Mr. Tuan.
