Registering power services with clicks

Instead of having to carry out procedures in person, power services can be registered with just some action on mobile phones or computers. 100% of the power services in this city have been provided online.

Nearly 84% of the inquiries are received online.

During the first 6 months of 2017, HCMC Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) received 654,184 inquiries, 83,8% of which are online. This outcome was achieved thanks to the Corporation’s effort in strengthening science and technology applications, computerizing business activities and customer services.

 Until November 2017, 15 out of 15 power services of EVNHCMC were provided online on the website of the Customer Care Center (CC); among them, 14 services reached level 3(1) (power bill payment) and one reached level 4(2).

With online power services, after customers sign up and send inquiries, the Power industry’ units will actively contact the customers, make arrangements for handling their inquiries, thus, the customers no longer have to arrive the Power industry’s transaction offices.

In order to maximize the facilities for power consumers, EVNHCMC has diversified CC methods through a number of means: CC Office, website, email, CC applications in mobile phones, zalo…

- Change power consumption efficiency/ change meter types
- Change locations of measuring equipment, purposes, power consumption rate.

- Examine meters, measuring equipment
- Change power bill payment modes
- Online power bill payment
- Re-supply power after halt of power consumption
- Renew power sales contracts
- Terminate power sales contracts.
