This is a great effort made by Power Project Management Board No. 1 and the contractor in the difficult weather and heavy rain context

Some of the construction foundations encounter hard rocks, or the foundations are in the fields, near streams, where water seeps into the foundation pits very strongly with mud. EVN’s President and CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan directed the contractors to have new design solutions, in addition, the contractors must increase human resources, arrange construction reasonably, and take advantage of the dry weather to urgently carry out the work.
