After over 8 years of operation, the CSKH App is considered an indispensable "companion" of many households. The Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) wishes to make electricity trading activities transparent and answer many people's questions related to electricity bills. With this tool, people can proactively monitor and control their electricity bills.
With the application, the process of measuring customers' power consumption is automatically displayed. The customer's power consumption index is collected from the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) meter through the program of collecting data directly from the meter (integrated with RF-Spider technology) and updated to the data center (Data Center). This information will be updated 4 times/day so that customers can monitor anytime without waiting until the monthly index closing date. With this tool, many customers have offered solutions to use electricity reasonably, turning off unnecessary electrical equipment when electricity output increases.

Currently, there are more than 2.6 million electricity customers in the Central-Central Highlands region using the EVNCPC CSKH application, accounting for more than 54.2% of the total number of electricity customers in the area managed by EVNCPC.
