Announcement of PVout coefficient for 2026 to be used in calculating self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power output

On January 20, 2026, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) issued document No. 364/EVN-KDMBD announcing the PVout coefficient for 2026 in accordance with Government Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP dated March 3, 2025.

Based on Government Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP dated March 3, 2025, detailing a number of provisions of the Electricity Law on the development of renewable energy and new energy sources (Decree No. 58);

Based on Document No. 10141/BCT-DL&NLTT dated December 23, 2025, from the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Document No. 578/BNNMT-KTTV dated January 19, 2026, from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment regarding the announcement of the PVout coefficient for 2026 to serve the calculation of self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power (RSP) output according to Government Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP dated March 3, 2025;

EVN announces the PVout coefficient for 2026 to be used in calculating the self- produced and self-consumed RSP output as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 14 and Clause 7, Article 35 of Decree 58. EVN also assigns relevant units to publish the PVout coefficient for 2026 on their websites and to carry out the calculation of self-produced and self-consumed RSP output according to regulations.
