At the meeting, Hai Phong Thermal Power JSC reported that since the beginning of the year, the generating units of Hai Phong TPP have basically operated stably, meeting the system's mobilization requirements. The company has produced 4.75 billion kWh of electricity.
Since the beginning of the year, the number of forced shutdown incidents of power units is less than that of the same period in 2022. After each incident, the company holds a meeting to learn from experience, investigate and evaluate the cause of the incident, propose troubleshooting plans and measures to avoid repeat incidents, etc.
The company has disseminated the "Power Plant Incident Handbook" to each manager and employee to grasp and learn from experience in the management and operation of power plants; Applied Power Management Information Software (PMIS) to update and store information related to incidents and defects; Updated information related to operations to synchronize data with the PMIS system of Power Generation Corporation 2 and EVN.
The company also strictly complies with regulations and procedures for operating equipment under the control and supervision of dispatching levels.
In the coming time, Hai Phong Thermal Power JSC shall continue to concentrate all resources, closely follow the operating status, regularly inspect, repair, and maintain, and keep the availability of generating units well, and ready to meet the system's capacity mobilization requirements.
The company also continues to implement the Project to improve the operational reliability and efficiency of coal-fired power plants in the 2021-2025 period approved by Power Generation Corporation 2.
