Senior Lieutenant Hoang Anh Tuan have been enlisted for 22 years. He is now working at Nui Le A island of Truong Sa archipelago. His family is extremely impoverished. His father was exposured to Agent Orange. He himself has been also exposured to the agent orange. His children was therefore affected by the agent orange. One child of his was atresia of esophagus, the two remaining children were prematurely delivered, born under developed. His wife has no job and has to take care of his mother who is old and weak and no longer capable of working.
In the visit to Truong Sa, meeting and knowing the difficult family situation of the Senior Lieutenant, doctor Hoang Anh Tuan, the mission No 15 of the Vietnam Electricity has organized the donation of VND 48.5 million right on board of the fisheries surveillance ship 490 to support the family of Senior Lieutenant, doctor Hoang Anh Tuan.

A representative of the mission, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan- Deputy Party Secretary of EVN personally visited his family.
This is an act of love and empathy of EVN employees in general and the mission No 15 in particular that make the Truong Sa soldiers to feel warm and stand firm protecting the sovereignty of the Fatherland islands.
On this occasion, the Power Generation Corporation and Thai Binh Power Company also gave gifts to the family of Senior Lieutenant Hoang Anh Tuan.
Ms. Tran Thi Hien, the wife of Senior Lieutenant Hoang Anh Tuan was deeply moved when receiving interest and support from the mission No 15 and Vietnam Electricity: "this share makes me more proud of the work and the sacred responsibility undetaken by the husband on the remote islands. With the help of EVN, I will stand firm in the face of difficulties, raising my children and taking care of my mother in order that my husband may be devoted to his work on the island without worry about the family”.
