Comprehensive Fulfillment of Assigned Tasks

Regarding the implementation of political tasks, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Duc – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of EVNSPC – stated that EVNSPC focused on directing and synchronously and decisively deploying multiple solutions to ensure electricity supply for socio-economic development. The total power sales of the Corporation exceeded 82.4 billion kWh, an increase of 2.92% compared with the same period, based on the post-merger structure. EVNSPC ensured electricity supply to 100% of communes and townships in the Southern provinces and cities (excluding Ho Chi Minh City); the proportion of households with access to electricity reached 99.87%, of which rural households accounted for 99.88%. By the end of 2025, within EVNSPC’s electricity supply area, 580 communes met Criterion No. 4 on electricity under the National New Rural Development Program, representing 88%.

EVNSPC continued to ensure electricity supply for coastal and island areas, took over the operation and management of the 110kV submarine cable supplying power to the Con Dao special administrative zone, and carried out electricity supply tasks for the Truong Sa special administrative zone and the DK1 offshore platforms.

At the same time, the corporation proactively removed obstacles and resolved many long-standing and delayed projects, thereby contributing to improved grid capacity and more efficient use of investment capital.

In 2025, EVNSPC commenced construction of one 220kV project and 69 110kV projects—exceeding the initial annual plan by four projects and surpassing the adjusted plan assigned by EVN by two projects; energized 88 110kV projects; completed 13 projects that had faced obstacles and delays for many years; and completed 623 medium- and low-voltage power grid projects.

Total disbursement reached VND 16,817 billion, equivalent to 116% of the initial annual plan and 102% of the adjusted plan assigned by EVN, marking the highest disbursement level ever recorded. Of this amount, disbursement of pure investment capital reached VND 14,360 billion, equivalent to 118% of the initial plan and 102% of the adjusted plan assigned by EVN.
