The conference to review the performance of production and business plan in the first 9 months and implement the tasks of Quarter IV/2018 of the Corporation was organized in Thanh Hoa Province.
President and General Director of EVNNPC requires: “From heads of units to each staff and employee, we must serve, care our power users in the best way; bring customers closer to the Power Sector and consider it a vital task of the Corporation.”
In addition to supplying power with better and better quality and services, EVNNPC’s President and General Director also requires the units to promote the application of information technology in all working aspects, particularly remote control and hotline power repair is one of the leading tasks orientating to the smart power grid development.
It is known that in the first 9 months of 2018, EVNNPC has supplied sufficient power for socio-economic development and people’s living in 27 provinces and cities in the North. Estimated commercial power output was at 47.8 billion kWh, increasing by 12.65% over the same period in 2017. In which, the industry - construction component accounted for 64.17%, increasing by 14.02%.
The power loss rate of EVNNPC is currently about 5.37%. This figure is 0.76% lower than that of the same period in 2017. 14 targets of customer service business are met; particularly, the access-tot-power time is 5.7/7 days, 1.3 days lower than as regulated.
Additionally, EVNNPC completed the model of Corporate culture administration, putting EVNNPC Cultural Journey in parallel with the innovation program of business and customer services; at the same time, the Corporate Culture Scorecard will be issued in 2018.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Tiep - President of EVNNPC’s Trade Union launched a special competition orienting towards the 50th anniversary of the Corporation’s foundation (6 October 1969 - 6 October 2019).
