A stage in hotline repair performed by EVNHANOI
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mui (65 years old) in Village 8, Kim Quan Commune said: “Previously, when we saw electricians come to repair the transmission line, it meant that power would be cut off. But now, from the morning, they made repair on the high-voltage poles while household can still use power. It is a strange fact that we have never seen before.”
It is known that in the morning of 5 October 2018, the Power sector implemented the connection for Kim Quan 7 substation to the national grid. However, the performing method is not common one but applying Hotline repair method.
Thanks to the hotline repair technology, about 1,000 households in Kim Quan, Chang Son Communes of Thach That District have not experienced power outage for 4 to 5 hours.
At 12:15, the connection of Kim Quan 7 substation to the grid had been successfully performed. The new substation will supply additional power to better meet the needs of the people, particularly the need for production from hundreds of wood processing workshops in Kim Quan Commune.
According to Mr. Do Hong Thang - Leader of the hotline team, Hanoi High Voltage Power Grid Company: “This is an advanced technology used in many developed countries in the world. Its deployment in Hanoi will contribute to improving the quality of power supply, making no interruption of power supply during the living, production activities, particularly in important areas and events.”
In recent years, technologies such as hotline repair, hotline insulation cleaning have been widely and effectively applied by EVNHANOI. The application of modern technologies will contribute to improving the quality of power supply without interruption in production process, living activities, increasingly better serving customers.
