EVNHANOI granted Sao Khue award for the products "Customer-care management system" and "Centralized Human resource administration and Salary payment"
Since 2018, EVNHANOI has completed the control center on the SCADA/DMS system to monitor and operate the power grid system, develop unmanned substations, and digitize dispatching work.
In addition, 100% of electricity services at EVNHANOI have been processed electronically on the network environment, helping to optimize work processes and improve customer service quality. These achievements have been recognized by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) as one of the pioneering state-owned enterprises to complete the assessment of the level of digital transformation in Vietnam.

Having successfully completed digital transformation tasks in the 2021-2023 period, EVNHANOI is one of the leading corporations in EVN in digital transformation and has been evaluated for digital transformation by MIC. Outstanding products such as "Digitalization of dispatching work" in the field of operation won the Make by EVN 2021 award, "EVNHANOI Customer Care Management System" in the field of Business and Customer Service won the Sao Khue award in 2023, "Centralized Human resource administration and Salary payment at EVNHANOI" won the Sao Khue award in 2024.
In the new period of 2024-2025, EVNHANOI has built and completed the proposed plan, determined to overcome challenges in the implementation process, creating the premise to complete its goal of becoming a digital enterprise. Specifically, in 2024, EVNHANOI aims to complete all digital transformation tasks assigned by the Group and move towards implementing technical management and operation on a digital platform, building a digital grid, with synchronization between functional departments; striving to improve the quality of field applications and fully support information on smart devices in fieldwork; aim to integrate, optimize digital processes and deploy comprehensive monitoring on applications in administration work, and so on.
