EVN is pre-eminent among ministries and governmental bodies in serving people and businesses on National Public Service Portal

The above statement was released on June 19, 2023, due to a set of evaluation indexes on serving people and businesses in dealing with administrative procedures and providing public services (the Index) being publicized on the National Public Service Portal.

Specifically, among 21 ministries and governmental bodies providing online services on the National Public Service Portal, EVN is currently the leading and the only one that scored at over 70/100 points by people and businesses.

The Index consists of 5 sub-indexes: publicity, transparency; solving progress and results; record digitization; online public services; satisfaction level.

It is known that the evaluation has been done on real-time data. According to the announced results, it is noteworthy that 100% of the applications for electricity services of people and businesses on the National Public Service Portal have been processed on time by EVN, recognizing that EVN is the only one among the ministries and governmental bodies achieving the absolute performance result of the "solving progress" sub-index.

100% is also the rate of the applications of people and businesses served by EVN meeting the sub-index "satisfaction level". In addition, EVN is also leading in the evaluation sub-indexes of "online public services", and "publicity and transparency."

According to consolidated evaluation result of Index on the National Public Service Portal, EVN ranks No. 1 with 70.38/100 points.

Mr. Bui Quoc Hoan - Deputy Head of EVN's Business Department, said that the evaluation data is automatically monitored and recorded by the National Public Service Portal throughout the process EVN has served every application of people and businesses on the Portal. These positive results are not achieved overnight but have been developed and gradually enhanced during EVN’s digital transformation and customer service improvement processes.

EVN provides practical electronic services that bring convenience to people and businesses across the country

Based on the well-performing delivery of services on the National Public Service Portal, since 2022, Vietnam Electricity has expanded its services to the integration and sharing of the resident database for 100% of online services at level 4 being provided by EVN on the National Public Service Portal.

EVN has also launched the EVNConnect digital ecosystem in 2022 intending to enhance connectivity with digital transformation platforms of the Government, ministries, agencies, localities, and partners to make the most of the national database and provide electricity services on these digital platforms. Digital transformation in EVN helps customers to use electricity services "anytime, anywhere" through the digital environment and brings satisfaction to customers.

With customer-centric objectives,  EVN has constantly made efforts to deploy early and complete the tasks assigned by the Government on digital transformation and public service delivery. Those efforts have brought practical benefits to people and businesses across the country, contributing to building the digital economy.
