A representative of EVN (first, right) awarded VND600 million from EVN through the Community Fund for Disaster Prevention, to build a swimming pool at Tinh Ha Primary School, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province for drowning prevention.
Tinh Ha commune, Son Tinh district is a flood-prone area in Quang Ngai province. In the annual flood season, this location is often deeply flooded, seriously affecting people's lives, especially the risk of drowning children.
Together with the Community Fund for Disaster Prevention, EVN has financed VND600 million to build a swimming pool and an arch roof at Tinh Ha Primary School, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai Province. This will be a place where teachers instruct students in basic swimming skills, in preventing dangers when faced with drowning situations, bring direct benefits and safety for students in particular as well as contribute to ensuring stability and development of the locality in general.

The drowning prevention swimming pool has been completed and put into use at Tinh Ha Primary School
