Handing over a part of the oxygen supply system project to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City

After 20 days of installation, the project of high-flow oxygen supply systems, air supply systems and vacuum systems for 70 beds at Infection Zones A and D of the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City has been completed and put into use since August 13, meeting the treatment needs of patients infected with COVID-19.

The project was accepted and handed over to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City, on the morning of August 13

The project is supported by the Party Committee of the Grassroots Division of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Ho Chi Minh City, in which the main sponsors are the Power Generation Corporation No.3 (EVNGENCO 3), the Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) and the Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company No.2 (PECC 2) under Vietnam Electricity.

On August 13, Mr. Vo Van Yen - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Grassroots Division of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Le Van Danh - General Director of the Power Generation Corporation No.3 (EVNGENCO 3) and representatives of hospital leaders came to inspect, accept and hand over/take over the project.

The total funding for this project is about VND 8.9 billion. The entire project of high-flow oxygen supply systems, air supply systems and vacuum systems is expected to be completed and handed over to the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City by the end of August 2021.
