In order to realize the above-mentioned target, the company will actively coordinate with functional agencies and sectors to closely follow up the course of hydrometeorology, sensibly calculate the water regulation for generation, safely control floods and ensure the water supply for agricultural irrigation and drainage requirements.
The company also focuses on the cooperation with National Load Dispatch Center (A0), Northern Region Load Dispatch Center (A1) to arrange a safe and economical operation scheme for the hydropower plant, ensure the requirement for stable operation of the system; simultaneously, ensure the operating mechanism and parameters of units within the allowable limitation.
Especially, the company will strictly implement the inspection in operation and comply with the power production process, obey the labor disciplines; timely find out and quickly solve problems, ensure the equipment and system be always in a stable and reliable mode; restrict subjective faults, fire and detonation and accidents at work.
In year 2015, despite the shortage of water source in comparison with the average flow of many recent years, Hoa Binh hydropower company still produced 10,058 billion kWh and completed the plan as assigned by Vietnam Electricity. This is the third time in succession that the power production of Hoa Binh hydropower plant reached over 10 billion kWh per year.
