The competition will be held in a hybrid format, that combines online and “live” in-person.
The online selection test will start from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on 25 August 2022, at 3 venues including Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
Candidates will take a computer-based multiple-choice test on occupational knowledge, processes, rules, codes and standards, and safety and labor protection regulations.
The software to be used to select candidates is E-learning. Candidates will use their E-learning accounts to access the software to take the test.
Each multiple-choice test will include questions about electrical safety, procedures, processes, codes, and technical expertise. The computer will grade the tests according to the approved answers and a detailed test scale. The multiple-choice test results will be compiled on the computer right after the candidate finishes the test.
The Competition for Skilled Personnel in the distribution and load dispatch areas will take place from September 28 to 30 September 30, 2022 in Quang Ninh province.
The Competition for Skilled Personnel in hydropower, thermal power and power transmission areas will take place from October 5 to 7, 2022, in Khanh Hoa province.
