Among the subsidiaries under EVNGENCO 3, Buon Kuop Hydropower Company, an exemplary case, has achieved a total electricity output of 1.15 billion kWh, 28.9% higher than the 6-month plan, up 42% over the same period. In the thermal power plants, it is noteworthy that the electricity output of Phu My Thermal Power Company and Mong Duong Thermal Power Company has reached 6.0 billion kWh and 3.59 billion kWh, respectively, both exceeding the assigned plans.
Regarding construction investment activities, EVNGENCO 3 has been constantly seeking opportunities for cooperation and development at home and abroad. In the Long Son Power Center Project, EVNGENCO 3 has collaborated with the consortium to proceed with the next steps to carry out investment preparation procedures. In particular, in May 2022, on the sidelines of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's visit to the United States and within the framework of the working agenda of EVN’s top management, EVNGENCO 3 had working sessions with key LNG suppliers such as Tellurian Inc, Cheniere Energy, General Electric on plans to develop and promote cooperation in operation and maintenance services for power plants, development of new projects, etc.
Also in the first half of 2022, the equitization of Power Generation Corporation 3 – JSC has marked another important milestone, with the stock code PGV becoming an official member being listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE), with 1,123,468,046 shares being offered on the stock exchange (February 10, 2022). This is an opportunity for EVNGENCO 3 to persistently improve its brand reputation, transparency and efficiency in corporate governance, and open up an opportunity to get closer to domestic and foreign investors.
Regarding governance, EVNGENCO 3 has successfully organized the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 14, 2022. The GMS has agreed to pay a dividend rate of 13% in cash for 2021. Accordingly, EVNGENCO 3 is expected to spend about VND 1,460 billion to pay dividends for more than 1.1 billion outstanding shares. The digital transformation achievements have contributed significantly to improving the efficiency of production and business activities, increasing labor productivity, improving the reliability of power supply, and ensuring the provision of power plant operation and maintenance services for customers.

At the same time, the environmental protection, ash and slag consumption at power plants of the Corporation has been always paid attention to. Environmental parameters have been well controlled in a transparent manner and met acceptable standards. Environmental monitoring data, images, and parameters have always and continously been monitored; power plants have been assessed by inspection and supervision delegations as green, clean and scenic.
