Of which, the power sales to industrial customers accounted for 53.9%, rising by 13.1%; the sales to administration and residential customers represented 34.3%, or an increase of 4.5%; to commercial, hotels and restaurants made up 5.8%, increasing by 11.5%.
In the first eight months of 2017, the aggregate national power sales is estimated at 113.9 billion kWh, growing by 8.8% over the same period of 2016, of which the domestic power sales is estimated at 113.17 billion kWh, or a 9% increase.
Also in the first eight months of 2017, the Customer Care Centers of the five Power Corporations had received and resolved more than 3 million requests of customers, mainly inquiry calls for information (representing 38% of the total requests).
