EVN organizes the 3rd HAPUA Conference on internal audit
Power Industry of 7 countries: Vietnam, Laos, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand attended the 3rd HAPUA Conference organized by Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) on 20 - 21 June 2019, in Ha Noi.

In the framework of the Conference, delegates visited the Exhibition House of Vietnam power sector, at the headquarters of EVN
Ms. Le Thi Tuyet Nhung - Deputy Director of Management, Accounting and Auditing Supervisory Agency (Ministry of Finance) expected that EVN would become a typical unit of internal audit in the coming time.
Opening the Conference, Mr. Mai Quoc Hoi - Member of EVN's Board of Members said this is an opportunity for the power sector of ASEAN (countries) to exchange and share knowledge, skills and experience in the field of internal audit, thereby making more effective contributions to the development of the power industry in each country.
Total of 13 speeches of the participating units were presented at this Conference. Two previous symposium workshops on internal audit of HAPUA member countries organized by Tenaga Nasional Berhad Power Company (Malaysia) in February 2017 and EDL-GEN Power Generation Company (Laos) in the March 2018.
