
According to Power Project Management Board 3, the entire cable connection tunnel and concrete cable trenches on the entire Con Dao route have been completed by the contractor. Contractor is urgently completing the 110/22kV GIS substation in Con Dao in preparation for equipment installation

EVN leaders requested that, in addition to accelerating completion progress, units and contractors also pay attention to cleaning and protecting equipment from dust.

According to Power Project Management Board 3, laying of 41 km-long submarine cable for Lot 1 has been completed. Submarine cable for Lot 2 has arrived at Long An Port and is expected to be completed by July 15, 2025.

The project to supply power from the national grid to Con Dao is designed at a voltage level of 110kV, with a total length of 103.7 km, including 77.7 km of submarine cable. The picture shows landfall site on Con Dao Island - receiving point for power transmitted from national grid.
