In strict adherence to the policies of the Party and State and in implementation of the directions and management of the Government, the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance, and with a strong commitment to supporting the goal of maintaining macroeconomic stability while contributing to social welfare for households and businesses, Vietnam Electricity (EVN), following an urgent review and calculations to maximize cost savings and in accordance with current regulations, has issued Decision No. 1305/QD-EVN dated October 30, 2026, on the adjustment of the average retail electricity price.
