EVN reaches level 4 in DT
The set of indexes to assess the level of digital transformation of enterprises under CMSC (referred to as the Index) was issued by the Head of the Digital Transformation Steering Committee and Chairman of CMSC in December 2023. This is an important basis for enterprises under CMSC to conduct their own assessment or through consultants in 2024.
The evaluation criteria were developed by the CMSC Digital Transformation Steering Committee at an advanced level, closely following business activities in a systematic manner. Accordingly, the Index has 6 pillars, including customers, strategy, technology, operations, culture, and data. Each of these pillars has many groups of criteria, with a total of 140 component criteria, assessing in detail and thoroughly the level of DT in businesses.
