The program presented 60 Tet gifts to officers and soldiers of the Thanh An Border Guard Station, policy beneficiary families, households, and children in difficult circumstances in the island commune. The total cost of the program was VND 36 million, contributed by units within the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union's Workers' Group, including EVNHCMC.

Thanh An Power Company’s Youth Union organized a social welfare program at the Tu Tam Shelter in Binh Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The program distributed gifts and essential supplies worth a total of VND 40 million to disadvantaged and disabled children being cared for at the Tu Tam Shelter. Funding for this activity came from a joint plan signed with several Youth Union branches under the EVNHCMC Youth Union and contributions from benefactors.

As part of the activities in response to the 18th Spring Volunteer Campaign, the Youth Union of Tan Thuan Power Company also launched a youth project to install 10 solar-powered streetlights at the Memorial Temple of Heroes and Martyrs of the Rung Sac War Zone in Can Gio commune.
