In 2025, EPTC completed the negotiation and signing of 12 new power purchase agreements (PPAs) and 127 amended and supplemented contracts. With a total of 478 PPAs currently under management, total electricity purchased in 2025 was estimated at 216 billion kWh. In power sales activities, total electricity delivered to power corporations was estimated at 286 billion kWh.
At the same time, EPTC successfully fulfilled assigned tasks in the negotiation and implementation of power transmission service contracts, electricity import and export, electricity market operations, power source mobilization plan calculation, metering systems and electricity metering data management, and the average retail electricity price calculation and adjustment, among others—handling a large workload with many highly complex tasks.

Entering 2026, the collective leadership and employees of EPTC will continue to make strong efforts, work in unity, and jointly overcome difficulties and challenges, aiming for significant transformation, not only improving the quality of negotiation and implementation of PPAs, but also enhancing the management of electricity metering systems, calculation and planning of power system operation, and electricity market operations to support EVN’s production and business management. The Company will further promote innovation, accelerate digital transformation, and strengthen human resource training to achieve the following objectives: continuing to implement solutions to ensure power supply in accordance with the directives of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and EVN; strengthening electricity import and export with other countries; improving the quality of negotiation and implementation of signed PPAs; enhancing electricity market operations; providing effective advisory support to EVN in monthly and annual power source mobilization planning; maintaining the implementation of cost-saving and cost-reduction measures; and accelerating innovation, digital transformation, and the application of science and technology in the Electric Power Trading Company during the 2026–2030 period.
