Yar Village is located in a remote area where the local population still faces many hardships. The main road infrastructure consists of red dirt roads, making travel at night extremely inconvenient—especially during the rainy season.

The Youth Union of the Chu Pah Electricity Management Team, in collaboration with the former Chu Pah Veterans Association, carried out the installation of 30 solar-powered streetlights along a 1-kilometer stretch of road. Previously, this area had no lighting system, which made nighttime travel difficult, particularly for students and the elderly.
