Accordingly, the 2025 power generation price framework to be applied to the type of solar power plant specified in Point a, Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular No. 09/2025/TT-BCT dated February 1, 2025, of the Minister of MOIT stipulating the dossier, order, procedures, methods for determining and approving the power generation price framework; stipulating the dossier, order, procedures for developing and approving the electricity import price framework.

In addition, the parameters of the electricity storage system (battery storage system) used to calculate the maximum price of the power generation price frame for the type of solar power plant with a battery storage system are as follows:

Capacity: Minimum 10% of the capacity of the solar power plant.

Time of storage/discharge: 2 hours.

Proportion of charging power output: 5% of the solar power plant's output

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
