EVN’s Vice President, Chairman of the Competition Steering Committee Ngo Son Hai spoke at the closing ceremony
17 candidates from 14 thermal power plants throughout EVN have passed theoretical exams (under the form of multiple choice) and oral tests. As a result, 12 candidates have won the title of Excellent Thermal Power Shift Supervisor.

According to Mr. Ngo Son Hai – Vice President of EVN:
The Competition has achieved the following basic goals:
- Improving knowledge and professional qualifications and skills;
- Exchanging and learning;
- Assessing the quality of shift supervisor crew.
Based on the quality of the competition, EVN will work out training plans to further improve the quality of power plant management and operation, improving professional qualifications and code of conducts.
Mr. Ngo Son Hai wished that the excellent shift supervisors of thermal power plants should continue developing their capabilities and competences to better contribute to the general tasks of power plants, at the same time being key nucleus to disseminate useful knowledge communicate to other shift supervisors and operators in their workplaces.
