Second transformer of 220kV Xuan Loc substation (in Phu Cat commune, Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province) was successfully energized.
The project is invested with a total amount of over VND 94 billion by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT). SPMB represents for EVNNPT to operate and manage the project.
The project’s scale includes the installation of a 220/110/22kV-250MVA transformer (raising the total capacity of the Substation to 2 X 250MVA) and items synchronized with new equipment.
The successfully energization for the second transformer of 220kV Xuan Loc substation helps to strengthen power supply to Districts of Xuan Loc, Long Khanh, Cam My and other areas of Dong Nai province; improve the system reliability, comply with N-1 criteria and meet the needs of socio-economic development for Dong Nai province and its surrounding localities.
