Reporting at the working session, Mr. Truong Thiet Hung - Chairman of EVNCPC's Board of Directors said that in the past 9 months, the power source and grid under the management of EVNCPC have been ensured to operate safely, reliably, and provided stable power supply in the Central and Central Highlands regions. EVNCPC's total commercial electricity output reached 17.3 billion kWh, an increase of 6.58% over the same period in 2022.
Business and customer service continue to have many positive changes, expected to be completed and surpass the yearly plan assigned by EVN. Some outstanding indicators gained, including The rate of customers making non-cash payments in September 2023 reached 99.69%, an increase of 7.44% over the same period; 18.45% surpassing the plan; The rate of customers making payments through banks and intermediary collection organizations reached 99.84%, 2.96% higher than that of the same period.

In addition, with the digital transformation task assigned by EVN, EVNCPC has implemented it very rapidly, achieving good results. Specifically, in the period 2021 - 2023, EVNCPC is assigned to carry out 33 digital transformation tasks in the fields of corporate governance, customer service business, production engineering, and construction investment. The Corporation has completed 31 tasks and is implementing 2 tasks following the plan.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of EVN's Board of Directors Dang Hoang An requested that in the coming time, EVNCPC continue to strive for internal solidarity, creating a strong team to overcome difficulties and challenges as well as successfully complete all tasks assigned by EVN. Specifically, ensure power supply operation; pay attention to financing work, continue to practice thrift and fight against waste; continue to improve work efficiency; arrange work for each unit to ensure income and improve living standards for workers; focus on investment management, not to delay progress when input costs continuously increase, and so on. With respect of technical management, EVNCPC focuses on reducing power loss rate, increasing reliability, deploying CBM (repair and maintenance according to equipment condition) in repair work, etc.

EVNCPC should review the organizational model at some units, remove geographical boundaries, and streamline units in an inter-provincial direction. The reorientation shall be soon made for the operating model of the Central Power College into a training institution for the entire Central region.
EVNCPC needs to strive to become a strong enterprise in the long term, being on par with other countries in the region. EVNCPC needs to have a roadmap for breakthrough solutions, maintain the trust and pride of the Electricity industry, and work hard for the overall development of EVN.
