The timely intervention of Bac Ha Power Unit and functional forces helped 115 people of Kho Vang village overcome the difficult period after the landslide. This is a clear demonstration of the solidarity and responsibility of functional agencies in protecting people's lives and property.

Previously, due to the impact of Storm No. 3, in the early morning of September 10, when discovering the risk of landslide in the village, but because there was no phone signal to inform the authorities, Mr. Ma Seo Chu, head of Kho Vang village, proactively made an announcement and moved 17 households with 115 residents of Kho Vang village to higher ground to set up temporary shelters.

However, the risk of landslides in Kho Vang village is still lurking. Local authorities and functional forces have surveyed safe locations to evacuate the residents, organized the construction of temporary tents, and coordinated with the electricity and water sectors to arrange power supply and water pipelines to ensure the best living conditions for people.
