During the investment and construction of Thai Hoa Wind Power Plant, right from the stage of completing the connection procedures to the national transmission grid, we have received great support from EVNNPT's units.

During the process of detailed agreement on connection point, EVNNPT supported to promptly review and approve detailed agreement documents. During the construction phase of the connection points, EVNNPT supports to approve the procedures, arrange fully staff to the construction site, even stay up all night, guide, supervise and perform acceptance for the construction, connect on schedule, ensure technical and safety requirements.

In the process of coordination, I see that EVN/EVNNPT has shown a very high responsibility, always closely in directing, promptly reviewing and approving documents as well as directing its supporting units to coordinate with the investor in guiding construction supervision and energizing connection points.

The construction process in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic has undergone a very complicated situation, disrupting movement between provinces. However, with great responsibility, EVN/EVNNPT overcame all difficulties and provided maximum support to the investor so as to ensure the construction progress.

Xuan Thien Group invests in Xuan Thien – EA Sup solar power plant cluster, which is the largest project in Southeast Asia, a key project of Dak Lak province that has been successfully energized and officially operated since December 2020.

For the connection procedure to the 500kV voltage rate, the investor has received enthusiastic support from EVNNPT in accordance with the procedures and regulations on technical regulations and standards, which have been issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and EVN as well as regulations and technical standards issued by EVNNPT.

This has helped the investor to properly access the technical requirements in accordance with the regulations and processes of the relevant ministries, branches and authorities. Thereby, it is expected to help the investor to successfully sign the connection agreement with EVNNPT; help soon complete the project, energize the 500kV transmission line and the 500kV Xuan Thien - Ea Sup substation on schedule.

During the investment process of the 400MW Ea Nam Wind Power Plant project in Ea H'leo district, Dak Lak province, the company has received the attention and support from units of EVN/EVNNPT very actively, especially supporting investors to complete the connection procedures of the project to the national power transmission system. EVN/EVNNPT has paid due attention and created all conditions to guide and support businesses in the process of carrying out the procedures as well as accompanying to promptly solve the company's problems in the process of project implementation to meet the set schedule.

Units of EVN/EVNNPT have properly performed their responsibilities as prescribed in the Electricity Law, Circular No. 25/2016/TT-BCT dated 30 November 2016 of the MOIT regulating the transmission power system; Circular No. 30/2019/TT-BCT dated 18 November 2019 of the MOIT promulgating amendments and supplements to a number of articles of Circular 25/2016/TT-BCT; Circular 39/2015/TT-BCT dated 18 November 2015 of the MOIT regulating the distribution power system and current regulations.
