The national "Good Young Workers" award is a noble award of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to reward, encourage and honor union members and young people who are directly working and producing at enterprises and units; students at vocational education institutions have excellent achievements in study and training. This is an annual event organized by the Central Committee of the Union.
