The seminar is connected online to EVN’s power companies across the country.
EVN organizes this seminar to learn from experts and consultants and exchange practical experiences with international partners in the customer experience field. In which, directly attending and presenting at the seminar were: Mr. Nguyen Duong - Director of CEM PARTNER Co., Ltd., discussing the topic "EVN - the way to create a superior customer experience"; Mr. ASAKA – Director of TEPCO Holdings Inc International Office, topic “Customer Experience at Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), Japan”; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ngan – Business Director of Customer experience of SAP Vietnam, topic “Customer Experience at SAP”; Mr. Nguyen Tuan Hong Phuc - Vice General Director of KPMG Vietnam, topic "Solution for Customer Experience at KPMG ".
Participating in the online sharing from the international video point, there is Mr. Cao Ang - Marketing and Customer Service Specialist – China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd (CSG) with the topic "Customer Experience at CSG” and a representative of TNB Power Group (Malaysia) with the theme "Customer Experience at TNB".
According to EVN Deputy General Director Vo Quang Lam, through the presentations of the speakers, EVN and its units understand better and clearer customer experience and customer experience management. Thereby, EVN has the right orientation, building appropriate plans and action programs towards excellent customer experience and proactively managing customer experience with a professional system.
